Bill 36 read its entirety, there are clauses in there that can apply to the general public. Bill 21 "The Legal Professions Act" has been enacted to prevent lawyers from councilling the general public if they have human rights complaints against the government and it is being challenged by the Law Society currently. Also, Bill 31 "The Emergency Disaster Management Act" updated in Nov 2023 gives the government more powers to enact sweeping totalitarian controls if they deem necessary without having any legal challenges ( because the government now controls the lawyers through bill 21)
There's also a clause somewhere that states if there's another 'plandemic' the government "would invoke CHINESE LAWS". WTAF does China have to do with us? PLENTY! I thank you for the ostrich explanation. I asked the same question in my head. If this test was done in December 2024 and the ostriches aren’t showing signs of illness, why kill them? And it was jaw dropping when you said if the owners were caught testing the birds themselves, it could result in being imprisoned. That really floored me, looking more like a dictatorship than a democracy. Really, they were barred from doing testing on their own farm?? I wonder, Dr. Bridle, about the policies you mention that could have been leaned into that might have allowed the ostriches to live. I only ask because the UOF had tried to apply for an exemption as the ostriches are ratites, not poultry, but CFIA turned them down (after offering it to UOF first). I watched the first court case, it was brutal to see the Judge's bias. Lawyers for UOF were grilled endlessly, even the tone the Judge took when questioning was much different than when speaking with the CFIA lawyer. It was very clear that the information put forth by CFIA lawyer was taken as gospel. Sorry, all this to ask, what other course of action should legal counsel for UOF have been taken?
Hi Maureen. I think it is obvious that ostriches should be treated fundamentally differently than intensively raised commercial chickens. But, the CFIA argued that the World Organization for Animal Health included ostriches within its definition of poultry. However, Article 10.4.3 of the Terrestrial Animal Health Code states, “A country or zone may be considered free from high pathogenicity avian influenza when” “absence of infection with high pathogenicity avian influenza viruses, based on surveillance […] has been demonstrated in the country or zone for the past 12 months”. During this timeframe, exports from anywhere within the defined geographical zone would have to be suspended and strict biosecurity polices adhered to. The farmers never intended to export their ostriches and were already adhering to the CFIA's biosecurity protocols. It is my understanding that the ostriches were isolated within a remote designated zone that would not indirectly hurt the export potential of other farmers. In other words, the ostriches could have been tested after the flock recovered from the outbreak, then tested again 12 months later. If both sets of tests were negative, the World Organization for Animal Health would have officially declared the ostriches to be virus-free and it would lift its moratorium on exports from that isolated zone. My assessment is that this would have allowed the ostriches to live, with no substantial negative impact on the ability to export poultry products from Canada. Yet one major reason the CFIA cited to justify the extermination was to preserve Canada's export market. So, it seems to me that the CFIA not only failed to follow the science, but it was also selective in its reading of the policies. It makes me wonder if this particular policy was a reason why the CFIA was so adamant about not allowing testing the birds almost one year after the outbreak.

you can start by doing the opposite of anything Health Canada recommends. Remember there is nothing in the Canada Health Act about improving the health of Canadians. Also find a good Alternative Health practitioner.

I live in BC and am interested in knowing which law has been enacted that enshrines this for the general population? As far as I understood Bill 36 applies only to healthcare workers. People need to know what our govt hides from us?
Bill 36 read its entirety, there are clauses in there that can apply to the general public. Bill 21 "The Legal Professions Act" has been enacted to prevent lawyers from councilling the general public if they have human rights complaints against the government and it is being challenged by the Law Society currently. Also, Bill 31 "The Emergency Disaster Management Act" updated in Nov 2023 gives the government more powers to enact sweeping totalitarian controls if they deem necessary without having any legal challenges ( because the government now controls the lawyers through bill 21)
There's also a clause somewhere that states if there's another 'plandemic' the government "would invoke CHINESE LAWS". WTAF does China have to do with us? PLENTY! The takeover of the ostrich farm and neighboring farm is a communist tactic. If people have been following Sam Cooper of THE BUREAU, he's written extensively about China's infiltration here.

I thank you for the ostrich explanation. I asked the same question in my head. If this test was done in December 2024 and the ostriches aren’t showing signs of illness, why kill them? And it was jaw dropping when you said if the owners were caught testing the birds themselves, it could result in being imprisoned. That really floored me, looking more like a dictatorship than a democracy. Really, they were barred from doing testing on their own farm?? Pointing out the birds could have proved gold standard science is a loss through total ignorance. Again, thank you.

I wonder, Dr. Bridle, about the policies you mention that could have been leaned into that might have allowed the ostriches to live. I only ask because the UOF had tried to apply for an exemption as the ostriches are ratites, not poultry, but CFIA turned them down (after offering it to UOF first). I watched the first court case, it was brutal to see the Judge's bias. Lawyers for UOF were grilled endlessly, even the tone the Judge took when questioning was much different than when speaking with the CFIA lawyer. It was very clear that the information put forth by CFIA lawyer was taken as gospel. Sorry, all this to ask, what other course of action should legal counsel for UOF have been taken?
Hi Maureen. I think it is obvious that ostriches should be treated fundamentally differently than intensively raised commercial chickens. But, the CFIA argued that the World Organization for Animal Health included ostriches within its definition of poultry. However, Article 10.4.3 of the Terrestrial Animal Health Code states, “A country or zone may be considered free from high pathogenicity avian influenza when” “absence of infection with high pathogenicity avian influenza viruses, based on surveillance […] has been demonstrated in the country or zone for the past 12 months”. During this timeframe, exports from anywhere within the defined geographical zone would have to be suspended and strict biosecurity polices adhered to. The farmers never intended to export their ostriches and were already adhering to the CFIA's biosecurity protocols. It is my understanding that the ostriches were isolated within a remote designated zone that would not indirectly hurt the export potential of other farmers. In other words, the ostriches could have been tested after the flock recovered from the outbreak, then tested again 12 months later. If both sets of tests were negative, the World Organization for Animal Health would have officially declared the ostriches to be virus-free and it would lift its moratorium on exports from that isolated zone. My assessment is that this would have allowed the ostriches to live, with no substantial negative impact on the ability to export poultry products from Canada. Yet one major reason the CFIA cited to justify the extermination was to preserve Canada's export market. So, it seems to me that the CFIA not only failed to follow the science, but it was also selective in its reading of the policies. It makes me wonder if this particular policy was a reason why the CFIA was so adamant about not allowing testing the birds almost one year after the outbreak.

Redfield States That There’s Clear Data that the Chinese Were Working on a COVID Vaccine, aka The COVID Pandemic

It’s not breaking news to the alternative media that the Chinese government has been working with US federal healthcare agencies and BioPharma research organizations on developing infectious, disease-causing biosynthetic pathogens using gain-of-function technology, including mRNA nanoparticle technology, for decades.
We know from the 2018 DARPA pitch and peer-reviewed publications that former NIAID Director Tony Fauci, the NIH, Ralph Baric, and EcoHealth Alliance were working on creating a ‘biosynthetic virus-vaccine’ using recombinant multi-species (chimeric) DNA spike proteins (mRNA) encapsulated in nanoparticle technology - aka vaccine nanotechnology.
Please keep in mind, that the higher-ups at some federal agencies and BioPharma organizations use the terms vaccines, viruses, spike proteins, recombinant DNA, gain-of-function viruses, mRNA, nanoparticle technology and bioweapons interchangeably, as they are all considered as dual-use technologies.
New NIAID Director Resurrects Deadly 1918 Flu Virus
During the interview, Dana Parish also asked Dr. Redfield what he thought of the new NIAID Director, Jeffrey Taubenberger, who many say is almost exactly like Fauci. Taubenberger conducted gain-of-function research to resurrect the deadly 1918 flu virus. Redfield responded by saying that he believes there should be a moratorium on gain-of-function research (which includes mRNA nanoparticle technology) and that Taubenberger has been careless.
COVID-19 mRNA Must Be Recalled
Redfield also emphasizes that the COVID-19 mRNA injections should be recalled immediately and that the FDA must come clean with all the injuries, diseases and deaths that they have caused.
