Appealing a Court Decision Re: COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates
I previously wrote about a court case in which an injunction was being sought for relief from a COVID-19 vaccine mandate for healthcare workers in Ontario (see the article here). The injunction was not granted. This case is now being appealed. You can find what is called the ‘factum of the appellant’ below. An appellant is a person (or group of people) who applies to a higher court for a reversal of the decision of a lower court.
A factum is the written argument that is provided to the judges of appeal courts before they listen to the lawyers argue the case.

On a related note, Dr. Peter Jüni is an epidemiologist who has been paid to serve as the head of the Ontario COVID-19 Science Advisory Table that has been recommending lockdown and mandate policies for the past two years. He was the expert witness for the opposing party in this case. Two interesting news stories about him aired recently. They were done by Tamara Ugolini from Rebel News, which, unlike mainstream media, is a place where traditional journalism is still practiced.

Of what I understand it is a waste of time to try to go to court in time of emergency because everything will be refused as long as the state of emergency is present. So the only thing that will work is to sued for fraud. The fraud being the state of emergency itself. There was never an emergency and there is no emergency. The pandemic is a PCR pandemic. The PCR being a fraud. And the "safe and effective" propaganda is a fraud. Safety studies were never done and with the Pfizer data out now, it shows that it was a fraud to say that it was "safe a effective"
