I know within law especially there are lawyers who specialize in just stacking lawsuits on lawsuits and burying people in paperwork.
They know they can't actually win the lawsuits. Not the big ones at the core.
But by having a thousand flies to swat before you can focus or even address the key issue... Many give up concerned about the cost of it all. Both in time and ongoing court cases.
Dr. Bridle's response is logical and reasoned. I think it is good to have a record of his rebuttal, to counter the attacks and propaganda from the other side.
