clearly none of these people ever engaged with those of us who've been ranting about the dangers and ineffectiveness of traditional vaccines for decades. because until the redefinition of vaccine, getting any pro-vax person to admit any potential lack of effectiveness was nearly impossible. /now/ the cry is "no vaccine is 100% effective," but previously you'd not hear that come out from anyone who supports vaccination.
by the way, I say lack of effectiveness of traditional vaccines based on arguments like this:
sanitation killed off most major outbreaks well before any vaccines were rolled out. recorded case numbers for each disease vaccinated against were already in serious decline before vaccinations became prevalent. and smallpox vaccines, the supposed crown jewel of the injections, tripled or quadrupled the existing case rate before their rollout, potentially extending the length of that pandemic almost a century.
